  • Are your items authentic?

    All items are guaranteed Authentic – we authenticate all items prior to listing to give customers full confidence in purchasing from us.

  • Do you accept Payment Plans & Deposits?

    These are at the discretion of customer and CD on an individual basis and upon agreement of payment terms etc. Please get in touch for more details and a draft agreement.

Orders & Shipping

  • How is my item Shipped?

    All UK Orders placed before 4pm will be Shipped the same day on a Special Delivery Service

    You will receive your order the next working day before 1pm

    This is best endeavours by Royal Mail

    Shipping cost is free of charge to the customer so if this is late there are no reimbursements due from Cotswold Designer

    Tracking Reference will be sent before 7pm on the day shipment is made

    All shipments are fully insured and should any issues occur during shipping you will be entitled to a full refund!


Exchanges & Returns

  • Do you accept Returns?

    Returns will be accepted if notified within 24 hours of receipt – bag must be returned in same condition it was purchased in and unused – no odour and in original packaging – returns must also be sent with a fully insured/fully traceable method (we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day before 1pm service with an insurance value to what you purchased for) Full Terms are found at the footer of this website.
