Exterior 3.5/5 stars some rubbing to left hand back bottom corner no other scratches pr defects, leather has softened with use, but this has been well -kept, shape still retained and stands well without support

Hardware 3.5/5 Lock plate has some surface scratching.

Note – I always recommend bag liner & pillow when not in use to maintain bags structure, I also recommend bag liner when using to protect bags interior lining and shape
